Q: If I buy a commercial licence, does it cover more than one commercial game?
A: Yes, the licence never expires and you can use it in as many commercial games as you like.
Q: I can't find the download for a plugin; where is it?
A: At the bottom of the plugin page there will be some downloads available. Under “Plugin Releases”, click “Download Version” to get the latest build.
Q: I've submitted a feature request form and I haven't heard anything back yet. Should I submit it again?
A: No, it could be that we are really busy at the time and didn’t get a chance to look over your request. If you require this feature urgently, you should consider commissioning someone to get it done. Commissions are accepted on this website depending on many factors. Exclusivity will make the feature/plugin more expensive, where as non-exclusivity makes it cheaper.
Q: Which order should DM Plugins be placed in?
A: Place them below all VisuStella Plugins and follow the same tier system that they use.
Q: Can I return plugins or plugin licenses that I've purchased on this site?
A: No. There is no refunds accepted at this time. You can always try the plugin out for free to determine if its a right fit for your project before buying the commercial license, as long as you follow the terms of use.
